Fall is the season for Missions Conferences! The Mann family had a great meeting last night at Cozaddale Baptist Temple in Goshen, OH at their Missions Conference running from September 21-26. Dan Souza had a great message from Matthew 26 as he equated Faith Promise giving to the giving of the alabaster box.
We were very excited to meet Mrs. Christensen, former missionary to Hungary. She and her husband, Colin were there from 1993-2007. It was helpful to hear about her time in Hungary and get some insight on the kind of trials she faced while there, especially with learning the language. She had some funny stories to share about trying to converse with Hungarians. I am glad to have met her so I can shower her with all my questions!
