Tips for training
Pick a time
Uninterrupted
Time to dedicate to it (not while you’re trying to do multiple things at once)
Pick a goal
Choose what’s important to you
Practice it, make a game of it
Parents need to be in agreement
Love ‘em unconditionally
Beware of your angry spirit
Don’t be focused on how bad behavior makes you look as a parent- that is pride
Beware of your child’s angry spirit
Anger proceeds rebellion
